Welcome to Apna Ludo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform (apnaaludo.com). By registering and playing on our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in cash tournaments on Apna Ludo. Players residing in Assam, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Nagaland, and Sikkim are strictly prohibited from participating in cash tournaments due to state laws. By using the platform, you declare you are not a resident of these states.

2. Game of Skill

Apna Ludo hosts esports tournaments for games of skill (including Ludo, Snake & Ladder, PUBG, and Free Fire). Success in these tournaments depends entirely on a player's knowledge, training, attention, experience, hand-eye coordination, and tactical decision making. We do not offer games of chance. Therefore, participating in our tournaments does not fall under the category of gambling or betting as defined by the Public Gambling Act, 1867, and various Supreme Court of India rulings.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Apna Ludo will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your wallet or account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions are processed securely. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. You must complete KYC verification before withdrawing your winnings. Withdrawals are processed instantly but may take up to 24 hours in rare banking delays.

5. Fair Play & Fraud

Any attempt to hack, cheat, or manipulate match results (including submitting fake screenshots) will result in immediate permanent account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
